1. Minimum Period
There is no set minimum period for which you must use our services
although we suggest a "reasonable" period is a minimum of 12 months.
2. Payment
Payment is due in quarterly in advance. This can be settled by prompt payment
of invoice or by Direct Debit. Non payment of account will lead to the withdrawal
of our services and in extreme cases legal action. As long as your site remains in
service and under our management, unless we have received a notice of termination
in writing (see note 3) a monthly fee (min £15 to be agreed with client) will be
due quarterly in advance.

with our services, you MUST contact us in writing outlining any issues you have with
our service and give 30 days notice. Such notification will not be accepted by us
if your account is in arrears. In such cases, your account must be settled before
you give notice to terminate our services. In the event that we cannot rectify any
problems which you have with our service to your satisfaction and assuming your account
is up to date, we will transfer the access to your web space to you where necessary.
Should we decide to terminate our services to you (usually due to non payment) we
will give you 7 days notice of intent to withdraw our services. Until this point
all payments are due in the normal manner (see note 2). If termination occurs by
the client within the first 12 months. A penalty fee of £ 20 per month will be charged
